Chinese companies are starting to expand quite a lot outside of their home country. Many manufacturers that up until recently were present only in China are now offering their devices officially in India and Europe. Vivo has such ambitions as well with an expansion in Ukraine. Not too long ago it started to sell some of their devices in Russia and it seems that eastern-Europe, a growing smartphone market, is very attractive for the company.
No official store is opened yet, but according to GSMArena, the company has multiple job listings as well as a web page and social media accounts (that are so far inactive) for the Ukrainian market. The job listings are for PR Manager, Designers, Directors, Managers, and Sales Supervisors and were posted on Work.ua about a week ago. Hopefully Vivo will continue their expansion and we will soon see Vivo smartphones available in other countries from Europe.
