At this moment almost everything there is to know about Xiaomi’s next device with stock Android is available online. We know full specs, we know the design and we know that it is based on the Xiaomi CC9e. There is still some debate related to the screen resolution and some rumors say that there may be a “Pro” version based on the CC9, but this is uncertain now. Luckily, we don’t have to wait too much to know the truth. The Xiaomi A3 will be revealed officially this Wednesday, on the 17th.
The date and time were offered by Xiaomi’s Spain website with the banner shown in the screenshot above. The text translates to “Launching the new Xiaomi!” and the picture clearly states that it is for the new A3 smartphone. I won’t write all the specs here again, but let’s do a short recap. The Xiaomi A3 will come with the Snapdragon 665 CPU, 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. It will have an AMOLED screen with a waterdrop notch that holds a 32MP camera and will feature an in-display fingerprint reader. On the back, there will be a triple camera setup with a main 48MP sensor. You can read all the details in our other articles about the Xiaomi A3. Once the release will take place we will post more details.
