Redmi has officially announced that the Redmi K30 Pro, their next flagship device, will be launched in March and will come with 5G connectivity. The company posted a teaser image on its Weibo page and we get to see a bit of the phone. There isn’t a lot to see though since the phone is mostly screen, with no notch or punch-hole. Instead, Redmi will be offering a pop-up camera, just like it did for the K20 Pro.
Specs are yet to be confirmed, but we expect the Redmi K30 Pro to be powered by the Snapdragon 865 CPU and 5G connectivity is confirmed. Furthermore, the phone will have ISRO’s own NavIC, which is India’s version of satellite navigation, similar to GPS. This is a close indicator that the phone will most probably launch in India at about the same time as the Chinese market. Hopefully, the Redmi K30 Pro will have a high refresh-rate screen and an affordable price.
